1:3 alc. tincture 100ml 0% alcohol

1-2 2/3 times daily with a little water

Used today for its hormonal action and regulating properties. The fragrant lilac-coloured flowers of the chaste tree grow on whorls on long spikes and grow in summer. Mentioned by Homer in the Iliad capable of 'warding off evil'.

The berries are thought to induce subtle hormonal effects within the brain which lead to increased levels of dopamine and melatonin, which aids in better menstrual cycle regulation and raised progesterone levels.

Sleep quality may also improve due to the increase in melatonin.


The Chaste tree contains diterpenes, Flavonoids and volatile oils such as Cineole.


This herb has been studied for its benefits in PMS, lowered mood, headaches, and breast tenderness.


Also its uses include beneficial for the treatment of acne and increasing the production of breast milk. A beautiful feminine herb.


For an irregular cycle take 15 ml daily.
