This is a rather strong herb so use in moderation 1-2ml (20 drops) 2 to 3 times a day for daily tension relief
2-3 ml before bed for a sleep aid.

A distinct smell in the 1st century Dioscorides named it 'Phu' which he felt represented this distinct aroma. Traditionally used as stress and tension relief and for nervous tension and to aid in a restful night's sleep.
